I applies online and got a call back a couple of weeks later. I went in and the manager said that he forgot he had a conference call and wanted me to come back the next day. So I went back and the interview was more like a conversation with him asking about my availability, why I left my previous jobs, customer service and other questions relating to the job. He then proceeds to tell me that he was busy with training and doing other interviews and that he wouldn't have an opening in a month.
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
