Initial communication with the recruiter was abrasive. In person most employees were kind and thoughtful of the process. The process was stressful as it involved 2 panels and 3 1:1 interviews.
It started with a phone interview and then an in person interview. The best part was after I received an offer I was immediately connected with a '3M Buddy' to ask informal questions to before my first day.

Received a call from 3M recruiter. Had a two round interview and the response back took about 2 weeks. Seemed like a very organized team and good work environment.

Entrevista
Had a 40 minute phone interview before being called back for an in person 3 panel interview. The phone interview consisted of 16 questions and the 3 panel consisted of 12 questions. All questions were situational and/or behavior based questions
