Horrible! Steer clear! There is zero communication with the recruiter, everything is done automatically or by a BOT. I had 4 interviews, all feedback was positive and said I was exactly what they were looking for. After a very long interview process, and assured I would hear from someone…. I received an AI email saying “thank you for submitting your application “ what?! I just went through 4 interviews over a months time and I receive zero feedback, no compassion or response from a human being. Just terrible to treat someone this way. I would not recommend working for a company who treats people this way.

Company has an interesting interview process that I've never experience before. They have group interviews and once you make the cut, they make you do a 30-60-90 day plan. Also, the CEO interviewed me which I thought was a good sign for someone at his level to take an interest and weigh in his opinion who they want to hire or not hire.
