Met with all team members and C-Level to be assessed in a broad manner across technical and business skills. This occurred over a 3 week period of time where the HR rep was engaged. Ultimately, all team members were in favor of moving forward except the CTO. He is very direct which was great but also a single decision-maker at the end. This would be in sync with many reviews on internal staff that communicate disconnect between C-Level and Staff members. Although they've done great with the start of the organization, the executive team needs to listen to the team to scale and be a leading business.
