    Ventajas

    Most of the staff are genuine please to work with. Delievery managers are generally great people to work under as most encourage good working practises, personal development and support their teams.

    Desventajas

    Development side of the business is segregated to the rest of the business. Whilst dev teams implement agile like practises, pressure from sales and senior management can be counter intutive.

    Common to deal with negative / skepitcal individuals which can be infectious, like in many organisations.

    Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. Acudí a una entrevista en Zonal (Edimburgo, Escocia (Reino Unido)) en mayo de 2019.

    Entrevista

    Sit down written test followed by a 3 Panel interview. This is the second and last interview I will ever be attending at Zonal. There really need to start outlining what skills they require prior to selecting to selecting candidates for interview as they are wasting everyone time. Prior to doing the test I asked the tech lead why there where asking .net questions for a contract React dev role? His response was that all the backend was in C# so you need to know that as well. I don't know why did they not advertise a React/C# developer as that is what they are looking for?
