EntrevistaI applied on 9/18/19, received a call on 10/9/19, and interviewed on 10/11/19. The supervisor in the contact center is who called me to schedule an interview and tell me the basics. When I got there everyone was so friendly and nice. I got there 15 minutes before my interview time but they immediately started the interview. I interviewed with that supervisor that called me and also the AVP as well. He was very laid back and friendly and so was she. I felt at home there and very comfortable. The interview lasted just over an hour and I received a call 35 minutes after I left letting me know I got the job and I accepted. They asked a lot of behavioral "tell me a time when" questions but I will list the off the wall questions that stuck out to me and that I can remember. Oh, you also have to complete assessments after you apply. There is a math quiz so make sure you focus because I am not so good with those and also an assessment that makes you match of words and phrases.
