The benefits are great. The HR team does an awesome job of making sure you understand everything that is available to you.
There is no 401K match at this time.

Overall, good benefits. At the time, didn't offer 401k match.
Benefits have some great aspects and some setbacks. Pros - Premiums are paid for medical, dental, and vision. Good mental health benefits. Unlimited PTO plus many holidays. HSA contributions. Parental leave is 6 weeks. Remote friendly. Cons - No 401k match, HSA contributions are nice but previous company gave more, not much opportunity for professional development outside of on-the-job experience.
Benefits are very competitive at Spiff!
Unlimited PTO. Decent medical and maternity leave. Retirement no match. No phone or Internet reimbursement.
Fully paid medical, HSA employer contribution, unlimited PTO, 100% wfh, wework benefit, company wide sales commissions, generous maternity and paternaty leave.
Salaries are average, but the additional benefits are great. Unlimited time off that you're actually allowed to take is huge.
The healthcare benefits are pretty standard (medical, vision, dental) with some cool, less common offerings like access to Tava Health for mental health help. Spiff offers a 401(k) but doesn't provide a company match (yet 🤞).
