Health insurance, dental, vision, 401k with a high company match, pension plan.
401k contribution is matched up to 7%
It is a great package and covers mostly everything.
Fantastic benefits package including 401k matching, retirement, etc..
401K match and pension plan is competitive.
When it comes to job stability, compensation and all-around benefits, EM is one of the best companies in the world, hands down. Recently, they've done a great job of adjusting benefits to what the younger generations are looking for without compromising the principles the company believes are critical for success.
Health benefits are good with options to choose from. Pension is still available and 401k has a sizable employer contribution. The company stresses flexibility. Seems that most benefits are better than peers.
Pension is awesome, and arguably unparalleled in the corporate world
Good pension plan, vacation, and 401k matching plan
Recent change to earned vacation policy leaves 20 to 30 year employees without payment of unused vacation at retirement, unless retirement is during a month where you have already "earned" it.
